Mitigated potential timing attack in XTS/AES

The tweak chunk preparation algorithm from IEEE 1619-2018 standard, used in Xts, XtsStream and FileEncryption classes, was found to be potentially susceptible to timing attacks. This release of Rebex Security / Rebex Total Packs resolves the issue.

Improved FTP compatibility

This release adds a workarounds for instances of HGFTP server that issue badly-formatted PWD response.

Tested with Windows 11 24H2, .NET 9.0.1 and .NET 8.0.12

All Rebex libraries have been tested on latest versions of Windows and .NET.
