Support for .NET Core on macOS

Finally, all Rebex components support .NET Core 2.0 (or higher) on macOS. This means that all .NET Core platforms are supported now.

HttpWebRequest-like ClientCertificates collection

We added ClientCertificates collection to Rebex HTTP's HttpRequest (our HttpWebRequest-replacement class with wide platform support). We plan to add more "missing features" soon as well.
