Support for .NET 7

This release adds a new set of binaries targeting .NET 7. All .NET 7 platforms are supported:

Windows (x64, x86, ARM64)
Linux (x64, ARM32, ARM64)
macOS (x64)
Android
iOS/tvOS

Of course, we still support earlier versions of .NET as well, including .NET Framework 3.5 or 4.x. For more information about supported platforms, see our framework support chart.
